Patreon characters that had a BloodSolutionModifierComponent had the issue of the wrong blood replenishing after bloodloss. This was because the BloodSolutionModifierComponent did only change the current solution in the body and didn't apply these changes to the bloodReagent variable in the BloodStreamComponent

Change-Fix: Fixed patreon characters replenishing the wrong bloodtype.
